Learn how to build a cob oven (outdoor pizza/bread oven) with David. Suitable for ages 16 plus.
This is part of our Digging the Dirt project which runs from March-June this year and is all about soil – the world beneath your feet.
Using natural clay, straw and sand this is a hands on workshop so dress for the outdoors.
A great day for anyone keen on outdoor cooking and you will leave with the skills to build your own one.
Please bring your own lunch, but hot drinks will be available to buy on the day but please bring cash.
Limited places.
If it is very wet or cold we might have to reschedule but will notify you in advance. If you book and them can’t attend please let us know as places are limited by emailing wcw@rgtb.org.uk
As a charity we welcome everyone to our wild, but safe community space (sorry no dogs aside assistance animals). All activities are free but some have a small fee to cover costs but donations towards our charity really welcome and there will be a cash collection tin on the day or scan the QR code whilst there to donate online.
By booking a place or attending you are giving us consent to take photographs and these might be used for publicity purposes and on social media by our charity. If you want to opt out please notify the person running the session on the day. Thanks
If you are planning to come along let us know in advance if possible so we can plan refreshments, etc.
