Winter wild – garden arts and crafts Fridays 12.15-3.30pm

We know that at this time of year the weather can often mean we can’t run outdoor volunteer sessions at the Wild Cat Wilderness, plus not everyone can get out when its cold and wet.

So we have introduced an indoor volunteer session of garden arts and crafts. Held at Place Ladywell, the offices of the Rushey Green Time Bank (at the back, next door to the Good Hope cafe), we will be making things for the Wild Cat Wilderness – plus you will might learn something new and also be able to take something home.

Every week will be something different, all materials provided and no experience necessary.
We will be making things like: decorative plant pots, herb bundles, bird feeders, lavender bags, plant labels, nest boxes, cards and christmas decorations
plus planting: microgreens, bulbs, a vegetable top garden, herbs, sprouting seeds

Running from 12.15-3.30pm drop in anytime (no later than 2.30pm) these sessions are open to all ages but places are limited – be sure to book in advance (but do let us know if you can’t then come) Please click on the whats on page and then on the event to book your places.
