Please note that due to a rainy forecast that this event will now take part indoors at the offices of the Rushey Green Timebank, Unit B, PLACE/Ladywell, 261 Lewisham High Street, Lewisham SE13 6AY. Building next to Lewisham Fire Station, entrance next to Good Hope cafe.
Learn how to make some pickles for the festive season with our wonderful local foodie, Big Gay Al aka Alex Blair. He will be using fresh, tasty vegetables to make pickles which will not only look good but taste amazing.
Big Gay Al will also show you how to make some chutney ready for seasonal celebrations.
This place is to watch the demo and taste some pickles but not take part.
Entry from 1pm. As the event will start at 1.30 please make sure you arrive on time.
No entry after 2pm.
In the event wet or very cold weather then this event will take place inside at the offices of the Rushey Green Time Bank at Place Ladywell but we will inform you in advance.
If you are planning to come along let us know in advance if possible so we can plan refreshments, etc.
