The day
11 Welcome
11.15 Tracey Edwards – Sound bowls
SoundScape – Sound Bowl Meditation
Sit or lay back to relax your mind and ground your body, whilst absorbing the sound and vibration created by crystal singing bowls. The bowls resonate at 432hz, a frequency that is said to have a positive influence on the mind and body due to its relationship with our planet.
Each bowl is also tuned to a specific note to correspond with the chakras in your body and promote a sense of calm, balance and healing.
You may want to bring a mat, an extra jumper or a blanket, and a small cushion for your head to ensure maximum comfort.
DoTERRA essential oils will be available for your personal use, to enhance your restful experience.
12 Rosie Noctor – Movement session
Grounding Through Movement with Rosie Inspired by Nature and the Ilan Lev Method
Find calm and connection in this nurturing session guided by Rosie, whose work blends the gentle, intuitive principles of the Ilan Lev Method with the wisdom of the natural world.
Together, we’ll lean into the trees—literally and metaphorically—and explore grounding, flowing movement that helps us reconnect with our bodies, the earth, and the present moment. A gentle invitation to slow down, soften, and feel supported by nature. All bodies and abilities welcome.
12.45 Forage/cooking
Join Us for a Guided Foraging Walk: Discover the Edible Delights of Our Landscape
Come walk with us as we explore the hidden abundance of our beautiful site. Together, we’ll discover wild plants that can be safely foraged and enjoyed, learn how to identify them confidently, and discuss some key plant families that are best admired rather than eaten.
1.30 Lunch (bring your own) + craft
2.30 Tamar – reflexology
Self-Foot Massage with Tamar: Releasing Tension Through Pressure Points
Join Tamar for a grounding and rejuvenating session where she will guide us through the art of self-foot massage. Learn how to connect with your own body through intentional touch, and discover key pressure points that can help relieve common ailments such as headaches, digestive discomfort, fatigue, and stress.
This is a chance to slow down, tune in, and give your feet the care they deserve—no prior experience needed.
3.15 Jemma – mindful yoga
Yoga for Breath, Balance & Connection
A yoga practise to find balance of breath with gentle movement as we stretch out any physical tension and strengthen our internal focus. Using guided visualisations and gentle movement as a tool to connect to the earth, the trees and out beating hearts.
