Priya is running an outdoor hatha yoga session which is open to all abilities. (Undercover if rainy) She will guide you through some asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and a guided meditation to leave you feeling calm, grounded and reinvigorated. Bring a mat/rug if you have one or let us know if you need to borrow one.

As a charity we have a minimum suggested donation but encourage people to pay what they can afford so we can pay our workshop leaders and then use any extra towards the rest of our community project.

Priya has taught yoga in South East London since 2015. Her experience is wide-ranging: from toddlers to the elderly, she has taught in gyms, festivals, parks, offices, nurseries, schools, NHS mental health wards and on overseas retreats. Priya’s ethos is to make yoga accessible to everybody, to all age groups and abilities, meeting people wherever they are at on their yoga journey. Originally trained in hatha yoga, her teaching style continues to evolve as draws on her Indian heritage and incorporates techniques and philosophy from diverse yoga traditions.

Priya is running x3 yoga sessions in June and July for us and they have a suggested minimum donation to cover costs and help fundraise for our charity project. All workshops take place outside or in a covered area so please dress appropriately for the outdoors and the activity. Sorry no refunds or latecomers.

Please note this is for ages 16+ only. No children.
