Family cookery workshop – easy veg curry and homemade chapatti 28th May 11-12.30 (followed by lunch)
A family cookery workshop. Learn how to make an easy, tasty vegetable curry and your own chapati (bread) in our outdoor kitchen.
This family cookery session is run by Laura Tilbury who is a community cookery tutor and owner of the Catford arts pop up cafe, The Catford Kitchen.
Watch the demonstration and have a taste. Sorry we have cancelled taking part as we didn’t get an early bookings.
This will take place in our outdoor kitchen at the Wild Cat Wilderness, a community green space in Catford so bring a blanket to sit on as we only have limited chairs.
We are Rushey Green Time Bank project which is a charity in Lewisham. Where possible we will use vegetables and herbs grown in our garden or ingredients that can easily be bought locally so you can cook this curry again at home.
Doors open at 10.15 so please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time of 11am.
To watch the demo then book per person/child attending via the link on this page and use the drop down box to choose the number of places.
If you are planning to come along let us know in advance if possible so we can plan refreshments, etc.
Bookings are closed for this event.
